There is little remaining time to write this letter. In short, we had a baptism - Prince Allotey, Mummi Aku's nephew - and then saw two sessions of General Conference the next day! I rather enjoyed it, even though I couldn't really see anything due to such a small TV for such a large room. But we got it hooked up to the PA system, so we were all able to hear it. Somehow, a lot of the speakers spoke WAAAAY too fast for me to understand them. But I enjoyed it none-the-less and felt the Spirit, so I hope that was the same for everyone else [I teased Jacob that he is forgetting how to speak "English" if he can't understand them anymore].
We have transfers coming up this next week, so I'll be sure to update everyone on that.
I would like to apologize to everyone for not getting letters out. There are still people who have sent letters many moons ago and I have not been able to budget my time so that I can write back. Be assured, I have every letter I have received still, and I have a list of every person who has sent it, and I am doing my best to write to everyone on that list. I again apologize, and do thank you for your letters. It's just very hard to write letters, when you can only write them on Mondays, and I have to handwash painstakingly for hours on Mondays, and then clean, and then normally go to market. So most Mondays are used preparing for the week, and little to no time is left over. Plus, you have to throw in sending letters through the Office Elders, and the long long long long long process it takes with Pouch. At least, often it seems to take a long time. Anyway, it's on the list, and I'm working on it; please bear with me =]
I love you all! This Gospel is True. Please, read the Book of Mormon, and then ask God "Is the Book of Mormon True?" and listen for the answer in your heart. It will come as a quiet assurance, and you will be blessed for doing so. I exhort all of you to do that and receive that testimony if you don't have it, and strengthen that testimony if you already do. I love you all; take care, and God bless!
